Our products are divided into 3 series of centrifugal cast iron pipes, continual casting iron bars and Steel castings. Registered trademark " YYTT " , our products passed ISO9001: 2000 certification in 2008. 1.Centrifugal cast iron pipe: the Centrifugal Casting gray iron straight pipe are our key products, which can be fully achieved ASTMA888 ¡  ¢ CISPl301 ¡  ¢ IS06594 £  ¬ DINl9522 ¡  ¢ KS D4307 ¡  ¢ EN877 ¡  ¢ GBl2772 standards, are widely used in drainage works and sewage treatment works. The Products have the feathers of smooth internal and external wall surface, suitable wall thickness, homogenous straightness and compactness in metal structure, and without casting defects, environmental corrosion, can be installed convenient and have sealing performance, long life. We can product casting pipe 6, 000 tons a years, which is one of the large-scale enterprises in Handan. 2. Continual casting iron bars: this series products are horizontal continuous casting of cast iron section, according to the different materials, they are divided into two section: gray iron cast iron dense bars and ductile iron dense bars. Based on the local rich iron ore resources of Wu' an city, we use the quality materials of pig iron and coke, through advanced crystallization process, the products are easy cutting. We can produce various shapes of continual casting iron bars,  ¦  µ 30mm- ¦  µ 260mm circular cross section or 40  ¡ à 40mm2 ~ 200  ¡ à 200mm2 cross-section size of the square, rectangular or other cross section, with compact structure, good pressure tightness, good mechanical properties, high elasticity, processing performance, high fatigue limit. This product is widely used in machining hydraulic parts, machine tool accessories, gear, cylinders, flanges, sleeves and other industries. we also can provide the level of continuous casting equipment and technical services. 3.Steel castings: Steel castings are widely used in railway locomotives, mining machinery, lifting, power plants, petroleum, chemical, forging, machine tools, steel rolling, transmission pipelines and other engineering equipment.
